There is also a vanity unit with Corian hand basin and drawers beneath plus low level wc, chrome heated towel rail and cubicle with rainfall mixer shower.

Outside, to the rear of the house is a larger than average level garden with neat lawn and newly landscaped patio area with Indian stone paving plus quality composite decking enhanced by strategically positioned LED lighting and also featuring a fire pit, altogether making the garden a splendid outdoor entertaining space within this ideal family home.

Within the rear garden there is also an excellent modern garden shed (14'10' x 8'2') with sliding door access, whilst to the front of the house adjacent to the integral garage is a further useful store room.
