Yeah, I know, a five bed semi, rare as hen's teeth - and especially when all the bedrooms are of decent size too. The additional second floor on this robust Stourport semi adds either two extra bedrooms or an office/study/studio/mancave (delete as applicable!). Masses of space over three floors and with a sizeable rear garden to boot

The house boasts two reception rooms, a lengthy kitchen with fitted breakfast bar as well as a seperate laundry/utility room and downstairs WC. The rear garden is mostly lawn with some storage sheds at the far end - plenty of room for the kids to run around and keep all their outdoor toys stowed away too.

Being honest, it's a bit of a mixed bag in terms of the decor; most of the rooms still look fab, but one or two are a little tired and could do with freshening up a tad. I'd suggest this would be a tremendous property for somebody with an eye for interior decoration and a flair for colours - there's no major work that appears to need doing and with a little cosmetic jiggery-pokery, the new owner could have a showpiece residence in a short time on a miniscule design budget.
