The Property is in excellent condition and has parking for two cars at the front of the property. There is a fully enclosed garden to the rear which is very easy to maintain. The house has a porch entrance and then a hallway leading to the Lounge,Dining Room/Study and Kitchen.There is a downstairs toilet with hand basin and shower.The lounge has a 'living gas fire' and french windows which open out into the garden. The kitchen has a new cooker and hob; fridge/freezer and washing machine. On the first floor there is a large bedroom to the rear with fitted wardrobes and two further bedrooms to the front aspect. The main bathroom has recently been refitted with toilet, hand basin/vanity unit, large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. This house has a great position for both schools and travel access into Birmingham.References will be required but we do not charge any additional fees. We are experienced Landlords who look after their properties; we are looking for a great new tenant.
