PARKING
Residents parking spaces are predominantly identified via car number plate style signs. Number 22 is no different and has one allocated space marked by a "Don Roberto" car style sign.

SERVICES
There is LPG central heating with the tank subject to a Standing Charge. Electricity and water are connected. For electricity the most recent Austcliffe Park Ltd invoice, as of March 2015 states that the metered units were, at that time, charged at 0.119 pence each plus 5% v.a.t. Water and sewerage is via a communal system and, again, as per the most recent site invoice, dated 1 April, 2015, a charge of £307.80 was applied which also included water rates.

TENURE
11-Month occupancy held under agreement with a pitch fee/ground rent which, for the current year - to 31 December, 2015 stood at £1,710 which has also been paid up until that time. The pitch fee and other charges are subject to annual review. Residents must vacate prior to midday on 1 February each year until the new season begins at midday on 1 March of each year.
