"Presented to a high standard throughout this semi detached bungalow is set in the popular area of Eastwick Park.

The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, large garden room, two bedrooms and a shower room. There are gardens to the front and rear with a block paved driveway and single garage.

From Evesham High Street, follow in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge. Continue straight over onto Cheltenham Road and follow this road before turning second right into Eastwick Park. At the end of Sandown Road bear right at the junction into Hamilton Road and then follow the road left into Lingfield Road, where the property can be found on the right hand side.



Entrance Hall: having an electric storage heater, door to the airing cupboard, access to the loft space and doors to:
