"A three bedroom semi detached family house in a convenient location in Evesham available to let.

The accommodation comprises kitchen, side hall, wet room, dining room, living room. On the first floor, three bedrooms and a shower room. Outside there is a detached garage and parking for several vehicles to the front and to the rear the garden is mainly laid to lawn.

From Evesham High Street proceed in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge. Turn left onto Waterside, continue along to the traffic lights and turn right into Port Street.  Continue to a roundabout and take the third turning off the roundabout into Broadway Road where the property can be found on the right hand side, identified by our Gusterson Palmer & James To Let board.

A double glazed front door opens to a Reception Hall: this leads to various ground floor rooms and the staircase.  There are three built in cupboards, two electric storage heaters and a double glazed window to the front.
