"A fine Grade II Listed village house dating back in part to the early C18th, with distincitve elevations and many original features. The property has been sympathetically upgraded over more recent years with great care taken to preserve the integrity of the building; features include stone flagged floors, inglenook fireplaces, original cupboards, sash windows and some excellent exposed beams. The property is considered ideal for use as a family house with a large reception hall and 3 principal reception rooms; off the family room is a sizeable family kitchen complete with Aga and at the far end of the house is a large laundry room which also houses the boiler. On the first floor are 4 double/twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite cloakroom. There is a further attic bedroom accessed via a staircase off the landing, with the benefit of an en-suite bathroom.

Situation
The property is situated within the village conservation area a short distance from amenities. Badsey has a very active centre with a primary school, two public houses, a butcher, Spar shop, and sports club. Excellent shopping and leisure facilities can be found in Evesham

(3 miles), Chipping Campden (7 miles) and Stratford upon Avon (14 miles). There are mainline train stations to London Paddington from Evesham and Honeybourne (4 miles).
