"Set in the hamlet on Aldington which lies close to the market town of Evesham this semi detached bungalow is set in a pleasing corner plot. The property is offered in excellent condition by the current owners who have created a well kept and comfortable home and benefits from double glazing and LPG heating.

The property offers accommodation comprising two bedrooms, a living room, a feature purpose built garden room, a modern refitted kitchen and shower room. Outside there are pleasant gardens set on a corner plot with the rear having an enviable southerly aspect, off road parking and a garage.

From Evesham High Street, follow in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge. At the traffic lights turn left onto Waterside and continue along to a junction turning right onto Port Street. Follow this road to a roundabout and bear left onto Elm Road. Continue along this road and over the by pass roundabout towards the village of Badsey. After approximately one mile, turn left signposted Aldington, following the lane into the village.
