"Set well back from the road with open views to the front this well presented three bedroom detached home offer spacious accommodation throughout including a 16 foot conservatory. Benefitting from gas central heating, PVCu double glazing and recent replacement of all soffets and fascias. The accommodation consists of a storm porch leading to the entrance hall, stairs lead from here to the first floor and it has solid wood flooring. The cloakroom has a window to the side, a wash hand basin and W.C. The spacious living room has an attractive bay window to the front. The kitchen/dining room has a window to the rear and a sliding door to the conservatory. Fitted with a range of wall and base units with roll top work surfaces over and in-set stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap and tiled surrounds. There is a built in electric oven and ceramic hob, integrated dishwasher and space for a fridge freezer. Plenty of room to dine and a useful under stairs cupboard.
