"Clivey Paddocks is accessed via electrically operated 5 bar gates leading to a new, sweeping driveway bisecting the owned fields and leading to a turning circle and parking areas.

Once inside, the versatile layout, which is mainly set to a single storey, is full of character with a fantastic, modern high quality finish, vaulted kitchen/dining room which leads out onto the BBQ area. The accommodation continues with a sitting room, study, 2 bedrooms, en suite and family bathroom to the south wing. The linking conservatory accesses a further 2 double bedrooms and another well appointed bathroom. The second sitting room overlooks the pretty courtyard and paddocks and leads to a separate, fitted kitchen and utility room. The master bedroom with en suite shower room occupies the first floor.

Clivey Paddocks is situated in a rural position on the outskirts of the Wiltshire village of Dilton Marsh.
