"A very well presented and good size purpose built first floor flat situated on a modern development on the Frome side of Warminster. Situation
The property is situated in Swaledale Road which is on the Frome side of Warminster town centre which is approximately 1 mile distant with its range of shops and amenities to include schools for all ages and the local sports leisure centre. For the commuter there is access to the A303 trunk road close by, whilst the rail commuter can access the main line station to London Paddington from the Warminster station. Further nearby attractions include Longleat, Center Parcs and Shearwater.

Directions
On leaving Move estate agents office in the Market Place proceed through the traffic lights on the corner of Weymouth Street into High Street and follow the road down. On reaching the mini roundabout go straight across into George Street and at the second mini roundabout proceed straight across into Silver Street. Follow this road along and on reaching the 'Obelisk' turn left into Vicarage Street and follow the road around on reaching the mini roundabout proceed straight across into West Street and after a while the road becomes Victoria Road. On reaching the next roundabout turn right into Swaledale Road and follow the road around where number 32 can be found on the right hand side.
