"A well presented three storey semi detached modern town house built by Charles Church situated on a modern development on the western side of town. Accommodation comprises; Entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom, fitted kitchen, lounge/diner, four double bedrooms, master ensuite and family bathroom. The property has Upvc double glazing and a gas central heating system and there is an enclosed garden to the rear with access to the garage. An early viewing is highly recommended.

Situation
The property is situated on a modern development on the western side of Warminster town centre with its range of shops and amenities to include schools for all ages and the local sports/leisure centre. For the commuter there is access to the A303 trunk road close by whilst the rail commuter can access the Westbury main line station to London/Paddington from Warminster station.

Directions
From Move estate agents office in the Market Place proceed through the traffic lights on the corner of Weymouth Street into the High Street. On reaching the first mini roundabout go straight across into George Street and across the next min i roundabout into Silver Street. On reaching the 'Obelisk' turn left into Vicarage Street which inturn leads to West Street, continue over the mini roundabout and follow the road along, on reaching the big roundabout turn right into Swaledale Road, follow the road around and number 89 can be found on the left hand side of the road.
