"A detached bungalow situated in the sought after address The Downlands which is a private development set within easy reach of Warminster Town Centre. Accommodation comprises, Entrance Porch, entrance hall, open plan living/dining room with views over garden, kitchen, two/three bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a south facing spacious garden to the rear with raised terrace and a good size garden to the front, and a side porch with access to the garage and a store room. There is a driveway to the front of the property with parking for a couple of vehicles which leads to the single garage. An early vieiwng is highly recommended.

Situation
The property is located in the ever popular address The Downlands which is within easy walking distance of Warminster town centre and local amenities, to include schools for all ages and the local sports/leisure centre. For the commuter there is access to the A303 close by whilst the rail commuter can access the main line station to London Paddington from the Warminster Station. Further nearby attractions include, Longleat, Center Parcs and Shearwater.

Directions
From our office in the Market Place turn left at the mini roundabout into Station Road, then first right into Fairfield Road, follow this road along and at the junction turn left into into Imber road. At the mini roundabout go straight across and at the next roundabout turn left into Copheap. Follow this road along taking your second right hand turn into The Downlands. Follow the road around to the left where number 22 can be found on the left hand side of the road.
