The countryside surrounding Wingfield is quite delightful with some beautiful walks along the nearby river Frome towards Tellisford and Bradford on Avon.

The historic City of Bath provides a complete range of retail outlets together with many other amenities to include The Theatre Royal, a number of fine restaurants and excellent sporting facilities. The M4 junction 17 and 18 lies both approximately 12 miles distant from Chippenham and Bath respectively. This provides access to business centres in Swindon, Bristol and the Midlands via the M5.
