"39, Hilperton Road is a superb Grade II listed property offering well presented and versatile accommodation set over 4 storeys. The house is accessed on the ground floor with two reception rooms with many period features. The kitchen where both the kitchen and rear reception room lead out onto raised decking overlooking the private rear courtyard and garden beyond.

The hallway has staircases rising and descending to the lower floor where there are two further rooms matching the reception rooms above, along with a study room, utility room, wet room and garden room leading onto the courtyard. The upper floors boast 4 bedrooms, bathroom and separate cloakroom.

Situation
The property is located in Hilperton Road which is a popular residential area on the outskirts of the county town of Trowbridge. There are some delightful country walks nearby with other attractions to include the Kennett and Avon Canal.
