Located in a quiet cul de sac on the Paxcroft Mead development on the edge of the county town of Trowbridge, moments from it's own retail centre, school, nursery school and public house. A spacious three bedroom semi detached home with secure garden and garage directly across the road with parking to the front. The property benefits from gas central heating and PVCu double glazing throughout. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor. A spacious and light living room with understairs storage and window to the front.  A fitted kitchen/dining room with a range of wall and base units with roll top work surfaces over and tiled surrounds,  inset stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap,  built in electric oven with gas hob and extractor over.  Space and plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, and space for a fridge freezer.  There is a wall mounted central heating boiler and room for a table and chairs, a part glazed door, and window to the rear garden.  On the first floor there are three bedrooms with bedroom one having a build in wardrobe and bedroom three a fitted cupboard over the stairs.  The bathroom has a panelled bath with hand-held shower attachment, pedestal wash hand basin and W.C.  There is an obscure window to the rear elevation  Externally the rear garden has been landscaped and now offered a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outside with a paved patio area leading to the raised main lawned garden.  To the rear is a raised railed decked seating area.  The garden is fully enclosed to a gate to the side.  The front garden is laid to lawn. The leasehold garage which is directly across the road from the property has up and over doors and parking to the front for one vehicle.
