"337A Devizes Road is a detached house built in the 1980s situated on the north-western outskirts of the city and is brought to the market with no onward chain. The accommodation is offered in good order throughout and comprises on the ground floor: a spacious entrance hallway, cloakroom with wc, wash hand basin,obscure window, a sitting room whichruns the whole width of the property, feature fireplace, with gas fire,window to rear and doors leading to a conservatory which has a majority of glazed elevations with door to front garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with an excellent range of base and wall units,roll top work surfaces and tiled splashback, gas cooker, sink and drainer with mixer taps,space and plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, fitted breakfast bar, window to side, dining area has a door leading to the rear garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the main bedroom having far- reaching views towards Old Sarum, built-in wardrobes with overhead cupboards and dressiong table area. Door leading through to an en-suite shower room with power shower. The front garden is laid to lawn with spacious planting beds; to the rear is a terraced garden with a pond and a door leading into the double garage. To the side of the property is a driveway which leads round to the rear of the property and the garage which also has a parking space to the front.
