"Built in approximately 1988, this beautifully presented and attractive family home has a spacious and homely feel, it is constructed of brick elevations with stone quoins beneath a tiled roof. The very well proportioned accommodation provides easy living and includes a large reception hall with cloakroom off, study overlooking the drive, large dual aspect sitting room with open fireplace and glazed door out to the garden, dining room/snug, well appointed and spacious kitchen with french doors leading to the garden and also plenty of space for dining. A utility room leads through to a double garage. On the first floor the master bedroom has fitted storage and an en suite shower room and there are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Seend is an active and thriving popular village which offers a range of day-to-day services including a shop and post office, primary school, church, pub and village hall. There are a comprehensive range of facilities in Devizes (5 miles) with the larger centres of Swindon and Bath within a 20 mile radius. Rail services are from nearby Melksham, Pewsey, Westbury and Chippenham to London Paddington and there is good access to London & Bristol via the M4, Junction 17 is approx. 13 miles. There is an excellent choice of schooling within the area, including the local primary school, Devizes Academy, Dauntseys, St. Marys Calne, St Francis, Pewsey, Stonar, St Johns Marlborough, Marlborough College and St Augustine's Trowbridge. The surrounding countryside offers a wealth of sporting and leisure opportunities and the Kennet and Avon canal runs close by.
