The location The property is located at the top of Chantry Lane, named after the adjoining 15th century building which narrowly avoided the fire of Marlborough in 1653 and housed the priest in charge of St Katherine's alter in the now redundant St Peters Church. The site was developed in 2011, with four similar houses all built to fit seamlessly into the historic vernacular, of which Marlborough is justifiably famous.
