"A very flexible and spacious property with beautiful gardens next to open fields. Situated on the edge of the lively village of Crudwell the property consists of four bedrooms, large sitting/dining room, further reception room, kitchen, family bathroom, en-suite shower room, W/C, very large garage & off street parking.

CRUDWELL Situated on the A429, Malmesbury to Cirencester road, Crudwell offers two hotels, two public houses,The Potting Shed good pub guide pub of the year 2012, Post Office, school, village hall and Parish Church. First mentioned in a charter of 854 as Croddewell, a Saxon name meaning Creoda's well. The village name has undergone several spellings before becoming the modern day Crudwell. Cirencester is approximately nine miles away with its many facilities. THE PROPERTY The property is located on the edge of the lovely village of Crudwell next to open fields. The front of the property has a beautiful garden to one side and the garage to the other. Side access leads you round to the rear of the property.
The property has a small entrance hall before opening up into the family dining room. The room is the centre point of the property with doors leading to the kitchen, sitting room, bedroom four and hallway.
The kitchen is a well proportioned size and has a good range of base and eye level pine cabinets. The room is very light benefiting from two windows.
