"An exquisite three bedroom cottage meticulously presented, improved and modernised by its present owners with a delightful private garden to the rear and situated in a village location some six miles to the south of Devizes. 48 High Street offers much internal character with a good quality kitchen having granite work surfaces complemented by stone flooring and French doors to the garden which is ideal for al-fresco dining and entertaining. The sitting room has the traditional feature of a wood-burning stove and there is an electric wet central heating system throughout the house, double glazing and a modern luxury bathroom.
