"Set within an established location close to Devizes town centre, this three bedroom semi detached home has been owned from new in 1972. Offering scope to put an individuals stamp on it, the home comprises a kitchen, sitting/dining room, conservatory, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an integral garage to the front with off road parking for one vehicle with scope for more. The rear garden is enclosed and laid partially to lawn with a good sized patio seating area.

Directions From our offices, head south out of the Market Place along St Johns street and then Long Street. At the roundabout, take the first exit into Southbroom road and then at the next roundabout take the second exit into Pans Lane. Continue along Pans Lane and take the second left into Sarum Drive. Continue towards the end of the cul de sac and the property can be found on the left hand side.
