A wonderfully light and spacious house on the most desirable road in Corsham. 52 Prospect is situated in delightful gardens and has plenty of scope to extend (subject to the usual planning consents) to create a family home. Arranged over two floors the accommodation comprises; entrance hall with cloakroom, large and light sitting room with a feature fireplace with Bath stone surround, separate dining room, which could be used as a bedroom, and a modern fitted kitchen which includes; range of wall and base units with contrasting work surfaces, inset one and a half Blanco Silgranit sink and drainer unit with mixer tap, eye level double oven, inset gas hob with extractor over, integral fridge freezer and plumbing and space for washing machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a handy study area and good storage facilities including a fixed and a built in wardrobe, and beautiful views over fields to the front.
