The accommodation consists of five bedrooms, dressing room, sitting room, drawing room, dining room, play room, kitchen/breakfast room, three bath/shower rooms, open plan top floor, large barn, several outbuildings, garden & separate paddock.

Christian Malford Christian Malford is to be found on the B4017 south of the M4. It has a small shop including a post office a parish church and two public houses. This means 'ford marked by a cross'; the spelling of the name in 937 was Crisemalford. The Property The current vendors use the back door as their primary entrance. You enter the property into the rear porch with the play room to your left and the kitchen/breakfast room to your right. The play room is a great size and due to its location is very versatile as it could easily be used as a study or bedroom due to the cloakroom.

The kitchen/breakfast room is a lovely light and airy room benefitting from dual aspect windows. The kitchen has been recently re fitted and has a stunning finish. There is a great range of base and eye level units as well as an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and free standing AGA. An island unit provides work top space and a breakfast bar.

The dining room is a lovely room with large windows and a stunning fireplace. A window seat adds character to the property while a cleverly hidden bar is built into the recess of the fireplace.

The drawing room is another lovely room, with ample space to serve as the main living space if needed. The large fireplace again is the focal point of the room.

The sitting room is a great size and really is the family room in the property. There is a fantastic wood burner for the winter months and the whole room is full of exposed beams and walls to add plenty of character to the property. First Floor The first floor accommodation consists of four bedrooms, a dressing room, two family bathrooms and an en-suite shower room. All the rooms are a great size with high ceilings and character features. The family bathroom and shower room have been recently refitted and finished to a very high standard. Bedrooms two and three feature closed fireplaces while the master bedroom benefits from oak flooring, exposed beams and dual aspect windows.

The second floor of the property is a great space. The whole floor is open plan with original elm flooring and exposed beams. The room at c.40 ft could serve many purposes but would make an ideal bedroom, study or play room for older children. Services Mains electricity, water and mains drainage. Oil central heating.
