This 3-bed terraced house in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular location of Pewsham is ideal for first time buyers or families, with generous sized living room, separate kitchen and dining room, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, and a family bathroom. 

Outside there is a good sized low-maintenance back garden with shed, a driveway and allocated parking space.

Ground Floor

The entrance leads into the hall, with understairs storage area and staircase up to the next floor. Doors lead to the living room and dining room.

The living room is a good size (17'8 x 9'3 / 5.38m x 2.83m), with gas fire and surround, a door to the kitchen and UPVC french doors to the patio and the back garden.
