"This property has a very modern, clean feel as soon as you walk through the front door. The location is great being so close to the town centre and mainline railway station. The accommodation is well presented throughout and has wooden flooring and tiling throughout which makes the home feel very smart. There is a good size hallway which leads to a small cloakroom, the living room, and a large kitchen dining room. On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and all three feel light and airy. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room with additional space for bedroom furniture, which applies to all three rooms. There is also a good sized family bathroom. Externally the property has a small rear garden with easy to maintain AstroTurf and rear access to your two allocated parking spaces situated to the side of the property.
