"This newly renovated detached family house offers a versatile layout with a contemporary finish and feel. It has been very well thought out and offers a high spec finish.

The property has bright and airy rooms with much emphasis being placed on the views to the rear. Upon entering the large and light entrance hall you feel underfoot the warmth of the underfloor heating which is covered with beautiful engineered oak flooring, this is used throughout the house. The hallway leads into the kitchen, which forms the hub of the house and has a wealth of cupboards, modern appliances and large island all fitted with marble worktops.
