"This family home has been completely renovated in recent years and provides two reception rooms, bathroom, shower room, study, AGA kitchen/breakfast room and utility room. There is also good storage and parking space, and a covered car port.

This classic cottage style house is set just above the Kennet and Avon Canal where there is scope for enjoyable dog walking and bike rides to Bath and the pretty market town of Bradford on Avon on the towpath. There are amazing views of the Limpley Stoke Valley and tenants would be ideally situated for access to the schools to the south of the city.

Bradford on Avon is also just a short distance by car or bus (alternative Rail route to London), and Freshford village, also with train station and village shop and cafe is just a short drive or bike ride away.

In addition, the award winning Hartley Farm shop and cafe is just up the hill at Winsley (also on the bus route) as is the convenience store, post office, renowned Seven Stars pub and Doctors surgery.
