"Set on the edge of Roundhay Park this well-proportioned two bedroom apartment has a fantastic, secluded feel. This property will suit a wide range of purchasers looking for a two bedroom property whilst not compromising on the size of the rooms. The development has the benefit of a lift to the second floor, garage and gas central heating. The accommodation briefly comprises of two double bedrooms, lounge with views over Soldiers Fields, dining room, kitchen, family bathroom and en-suite shower room. Viewings are strictly by appointment.

The development is set at the end of West Avenue, set between Soldiers Fields and Roundhay Park. Truly, this is one of the best locations in the area. The development was constructed in the 1980s as an executive development of luxury flats and it does not disappoint today.
