"The property is located in a convenient position within walking distance of Lindley's many amenities and is available with no upward chain. A particular feature of the property is its surprisingly large rear garden which is predominantly lawned and bordered by trees, flowers and shrubs. The accommodation is served by a gas central heating system, however a general programme of updating will now be required. Briefly comprising entrance lobby, living room, dining room and kitchen. Basement with cellar and stores. First floor three bedrooms and bathroom.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor :- A timber panelled and frosted glazed door opens into an entrance lobby. ENTRANCE LOBBY This has frosted leaded and stained glass window over which provides additional natural light. There is a central heating radiator, cloaks rial, ceiling light point, staircase rising to the first floor and to one side a door opens into the living room.
