"A nicely proportioned and partly furnished two bedroom semi detached bungalow available for rent on assured shorthold tenancy terms for a minimum term of 6 months. Formerly occupied by an elderly gentleman the property features double glazing to modern uPVC window frames and a gas central heating system. There is a single garage positioned to the side of the rear garden. Internally the fittings, carpets and decorations are somewhat dated but are nevertheless still servicable and will see the bungalow through for the next couple of years after which time the owners may sell if the market has started to show any signs of a recovery. The bungalow is likely to appeal to a retired couple and in particular smokers or small pets are not excluded. It may be possible to remove the furnishings if the incoming tenant has their own furniture. ENTRANCE HALL 9'7" x 3'10" plus 10'7" x 3'2" LOUNGE 16'4" x 10'9" Wall mounted gas fire in teak surround.
