"PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The award winning Martin & Co Huddersfield bring another high quality rental property to the local market with this stunning duplex apartment. The apartment forms part of the much sought after The Park development at Kirkburton. The development has private parking for residents and additional parking for visitors, the car park is monitored by CCTV. There is also a modern gymnasium exclusively for the use of residents.

The apartment itself has a definite wow factor having a very individual layout and the largest of its kind at the development. Upon entering the apartment there is an entrance hallway leading to the rooms on the lower floor with a staircase rising to the upper floor. The hallway has a very useful fitted wardrobe and additional storage in the boiler cupboard.

The open plan living kitchen is an incredible room with double height ceilings, exposed beam works and fantastic chandeliers that give a great feel to the room. The kitchen is very much to one side of the room and is finished to a very high standard. There is a range of modern gloss wall and base units with fully integrated appliances; appliances include oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine. The living area is large and has room for both dining and living furniture. The room as a whole has newly decorated neutral decor, cream carpets to the living room and wood effect flooring to the kitchen. The room has a very light feel thanks to the large mill windows.

The individual layout of the apartment is added to by the use of flexible living. The second bedroom is adjacent to the living room and can be used as additional living space thanks to the sliding walls. Again the room has neutral decor and cream carpets.

The upper floor of the apartment is home to the master bedroom and the apartment bathroom. The bedroom has a great feel to it being relatively open plan over the main living area in a mezzanine style. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, neutral decor and cream carpets. The apartment bathroom is finished to a very high specification with a modern fit out including bath with shower over, toilet and basin with fully tiled walls and floors.
