"Situated within a short distance of Marsh, is this two bedroomed, stone built, mid-terraced house. The property boasts accommodation over three floors incorporating entrance porch, lounge, kitchen to the ground floor. To the first floor there is the master bedroom, house bathroom and to the attic a further bedroom.

As one would expect the property enjoys a gas central heating system and is fully uPVC double glazed. There is a low maintenance, pebbled garden area to the front elevation as well as on street parking to both the front and rear.

Entrance Porch A uPVC and double glazed door with matching side panels opens to the entrance porch, where there is timber paneling to the ceiling. From here a single step leads into the lounge. Lounge Being of a particularly good size this room has a large uPVC double glazed window to the front elevation. There are various power points, a TV aerial point and a radiator. Also an Adams style surround. Kitchen Having a range of base cupboards, roll edge worktops with tiled splashbacks and matching wall cupboards over.
