"PROPERTY DESCRIPTION This property is ideal for first time buyers who are looking for a property with plenty of space and a quiet location. It is set away from the busier area of Golcar but still has great access to commuter routes.

The property is accessed either at the front or through a lawned garden or to the rear which leads out to the garage and parking area..

Entering the property you step into an open vestibule leading on to the living room which is spacious enough for a 3 piece suite and with its bay window it has a lovely open feel. The room, as with the rest of the property is central heated and double glazed. Storage under the stairs help to keep the space clear of clutter.

The kitchen is located to the rear of the property and overlooks the garden and woodland beyond. The kitchen offers a wonderful amount of space to enjoy cooking and dining with the family. It has ample fitted wall and base units, plenty of work top space and plenty of space for all utilities.
