Scar Top is a small country lane with some lovely character properties, situated just out of Golcar village.

With far reaching views over the Colne Valley at the front, and scenic walks around the local area, this charming and spacious character semi detached cottage is ideal for those who enjoy the outdoors.

Playing host to character features such as exposed beams, stonework and lovely fireplaces, the house will be suited to a variety of buyers, including families and professionals, those who work from home, and those who might need access to the M62 motorway network too.

The accommodation has a gas central heating system and double glazing, and briefly comprises

Entrance Vestibule, Large Dining Kitchen with a feature fireplace which hosts the range oven, a beamed and panelled ceiling and fitted kitchen cabinets. Stairs rise to the first floor, and there is a ground floor WC too.
