"This three bedroomed semi-detached home has a gas fired central heating system, double glazing and has the added advantage of no immediate upper chain. It would be ideal for those downsizing or a young family moving up the ladder and the property itself enjoys a pleasant outlook at both the front and rear. The property itself comprises of an entrance lobby, a lounge, a dining kitchen, a rear utility which was the former smaller working kitchen and to the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
