"This three bedroomed semi-detached home has a gas fired central heating system, double glazing and has the added advantage of no immediate upper chain. It would be ideal for those downsizing or a young family moving up the ladder and the property itself enjoys a pleasant outlook at both the front and rear. The property itself comprises of an entrance lobby, a lounge, a dining kitchen, a rear utility which was the former smaller working kitchen and to the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a lawned garden at the front with a side driveway laid to tarmac and a rear garden with a timber shed.

A PVCu entrance door with opaque panels and a matching over light gives access in to the entrance lobby. ENTRANCE LOBBY This has laminate flooring which continues through in to the lounge on the left hand side. The carpeted staircase rises to the first floor accommodation and there is also a radiator. A six panelled internal door opens in to the lounge. LOUNGE 4.39m(14'5'') max x 4.27m(14'0'') approx This is positioned to the front of the property with a semi-circular bay which incorporates high PVCu windows and matching over lights.
