Colne Valley is a desirable, out-of-town location, near enough for work but also close to open countryside and the Pennine moors. Trans-Pennine trains run along the valley, with a station 1 mile away at Slaithwaite, giving easy commuting access for Manchester and Leeds.

This house is within the catchments, and within walking distance, of 2 junior schools and the local High School, making it an ideal home for a young family.
