Yet only a short walk also to to?the village centre, and the?Station with regular trains to Huddersfield (12 minutes), Leeds (45 minutes) and Manchester (40 minutes).?

With?full gas central heating and?double glazing,?the house?has a separate living room with?feature stove (electric), a fitted kitchen including an?electric oven/hob and a?fridge freezer; a?brand new?washing machine with annual?service and breakdown cover included. There's?room for a?small dining table and chairs. A door opens?to?a separate cool pantry and store.

Upstairs is?one good sized double bedroom with?plenty of fitted wardrobe space,?and one small double/study; both rooms with?views.
