VIEWS  

OUTSIDE At the front you will find a generous tarmacked parking and turning area in front of the 4 houses. There is then a small lawned area with a path leading down the side of the house giving access to the side entrance door. Continuing round to the back where you will find a generous flagged sitting area (with an external double power point), south facing terraced gardens planted with a variety of shrubs, a garden shed and views over the reservoir to the moors beyond.

LOCATION The property is located in the much sought after and lively village of Slaithwaite. The village offers a great variety of shops, restaurants, wine bar and pubs. There are lovely walks along the canal and surrounding areas.  There are also several well regarded schools nearby along with the nearest secondary school located in the neighbouring village.
