"This three bedroom semi detached family home is located in this popular area and offered with the advantage of no onward chain. Buyers will have the potential to redesign and upgrade the existing layout to their own preferences. The accommodation comprises an entrance hallway, living room with bay window, dining room, kitchen and conservatory. On the first floor are three bedrooms, shower room and a separate toilet. The property has electric heaters to certain rooms and a mixture of sealed unit, uPVC and single glazing. Externally, there are front and rear gardens with a driveway to the side.
