"PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Martin & Co. are delighted to bring to the market this fantastic three bedroomed rear terrace house which has been the subject of an extensive and very exacting renovation programme. Having been beautifully finished throughout and presented in "turn key" condition. The property features a new gas central heating system, rewiring, new modern White and Grey decor including new floor coverings throughout.

Situated to a very pleasant backwater position overlooking a spacious communal garden, yet being only one mile to the town centre and with amenities and local schooling nearby. The deceptive accommodation is laid out over four floors and early viewing is essential to appreciate this fabulous home.

The property is entered by the main door which leads into the Entrance Hall which has a staircase leading to the First Floor and a door gives access to the Lounge.
