"This lovely home is sure to be top of our viewing schedule. Located within a close, and situated within easy reach of a local shops and station, this home is one for a diverse clientele.

Situated at the end of Ashwood Close, passing traffic is at a minimum. For you car you have your very own driveway, which i'm sure provides enough space for guests too. Although the close has permit parking, it is only for a couple of hours during the working day.

A bright and spacious entrance hall welcomes you into this lovely abode. The lounge spans the length of the property and offers ample space for you and your family. The addition a conservatory provides extra space for a dining table or a playroom, the choice is yours. The kitchen is located to the rear of the property, meaning you can keep an eye on the children playing in the garden whilst you prepare the evening meal.

Being a chalet house the bathroom is located on the ground floor with the added benefit of a separate cloakroom.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both blissfully bright. The second bedroom also benefits from built in wardrobes for hiding clothes away.

The generous rear garden is ideal for inviting friends and family over for a barbecue during the summer months. The current owners have even submitted plans the add a double storey extension to the rear of the property, so should you decide in the future that you require additional space, you can make this your forever home.

OWNERS OPINION

We moved here about 7 years ago as first time buyers and have really enjoyed our time here. We are only now moving as our family has grown and we feel it is the right time to upsize.

We really like the area as it is so convenient, so we hope our next move will be close by. We really hope that the new owners enjoy their time here as much as we have. ENTRANCE Entrance Hall Lounge 6.10m x 3.38m
