"An extremely spacious Semi Detached House with a feature West facing garden located in one of Worthing's most desired areas of the 'Poets District'. With Four Bedrooms, Three Reception Rooms and an open plan Kitchen/Breakfast Room this property would be ideally suited for a large family; there is also opportunity to add further to the property with a loft conversion (subject to the relevant planning and building regulations). The accommodation currently offers an entrance hallway leading to the living room, office, dining room which is open to the kitchen breakfast room with double doors opening to the rear garden. The kitchen it fitted with traditional style units with a breakfast bar and space for various appliances. There is also a separate utility room just off the kitchen.
