"If you are looking for that 'forever home' then look no further than this great semi detached house situated in a lovely, quiet position within one of Worthing's most popular family locations. The Thomas A Becket area is within close proximity to West Worthing station and has one of the best local schools. This makes it an ideal location for families and it's not difficult to see why a huge amount of homeowners stay here for years.

The property itself is also something to take notice of. As soon as you approach you will see the first couple of requirements you can tick off your list. Off road parking and a larger than average garage which offers not only room to park the cars, but also scope to convert into an office or extra accommodation, subject to the necessary consents.

Inside the house it just keeps getting better and better with generous accommodation throughout. The lounge at the front with it's bay window provides plenty of space for relaxing with the family whilst the separate dining room is ideal for more formal events. OWNERS OPINION
We have lived here now for almost four years and were attracted by the location and space this house offered. We really wanted our children to attend Thomas A Beckett school and this is so convenient with the junior school being located just up the road.

Unfortunately, due to a change in family circumstances we need to find a property where a relative can move in with us. We are very committed to the area as it is close to everything we need.
