"This two bedroom semi-detached bungalow which is conveniently located for local bus routes, so you do not have to take the car into town if you don't want to. Also the local shops are not far away so no more dry cornflakes in the morning!

The property has in our opinion been well maintained by the present owner with its 19ft lounge/diner which has double glazed French doors leading out to the well tended rear garden. The rear garden has a patio area and lawn ideal for those summer barbecues.

You have two good sized double bedrooms and a family bathroom and of course your modern kitchen which flows seamlessly into the conservatory!

And parking…. to the front for two cars.

I moved into my bungalow around 6 years ago. Since moving in I have replaced the boiler and most of the radiators, insulated the loft and fitted a conservatory so I can benefit from my beautiful garden all year round. I have also fitted new work surfaces, oven and hob in the kitchen and all new flooring.

Sadly it is now time to move on and I can only hope that the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have.
