"SOLD IN 72 HRS. SIMILAR REQUIRED.Having been in the same ownership for 20 years the property has been lovingly maintained and improved in recent years. The welcoming hallway leads you through to a central dining room with an open arch through to the delightful west facing reception with period fireplace. To the rear of the ground floor is a superb kitchen diner having been extended with an orangery flooded with natural light. The kitchen area is clearly defined with modern wall and base units surrounding an Aga Range Cooker.

Climb the original stair case to the first floor where there is a good sized west facing bedroom with original features such as a cast iron fire place and multi paned bay window, the second bedroom is again a double having a calming feeling.
