"Here is an opportunity, this large family home nestled at the bottom of this quiet residential cul-de-sac, but still only a short distance from the shops and supermarkets. So no problem organising the weekly shopping.

As you enter the property you are welcomed by a light and bright hallway which gives you an immediate feeling of uncompromised space. This feeling continues throughout, from the 14ft family area with steps down to the good size lounge with patio doors opening out to the rear garden. This home is built for entertaining in mind!

The modern kitchen opens up onto the conservatory, offering the perfect space for a family to start their day. On the first floor you have four good sized bedrooms. And I suppose like most families you will require parking, well with a double garage with its own driveway offering parking for a further 3 cars, this is no problem.

It's been a great family home and we have enjoyed living on the edge of the countryside, but close to Shoreham town centre, the River Adur and the sea. It is 20 minutes from Brighton and just an hour on the train to London, not forgetting it's a short walk to our local pub The Red Lion!

We have maintained the house over the years and has been a real pleasure to live in, it's now just too big for our needs.

We hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
