"A three bedroom detached bungalow set back from the road in a well screened position that is within close proximity to the village's cricket and recreation ground, as well as the village centre.

With a mixture of exposed brick and part tile hung elevations, the property was built around the mid 1970's and extends to just over 1160 sq ft of internal floor space that includes two reception rooms and three bedrooms accessed from the inner hallway to the rear of the bungalow.

The village itself has a good range of shopping facillities and amenities, whilst Pulborough with its main line station to London/Victoria is five miles to the West.

From the village centre (our office) proceed Westwards into West Street and past the Esso/Tesco garage before turning right opposite the pond into Spierbridge Road. Continue for 300 yards and follow Spierbridge Road round to the right, where the property is on the left hand side.
