"With a mixture of exposed stone, brick and rendered elevations the property is significantly larger than first appearances suggest with over 2300 sq ft of floorspace including a sizeable detached double garage. The interior matches the character of the outside with an abundance of exposed stone and brick walling together with quarry tiled flooring in the hall, natural wood in the sitting room and flagstones in the dining room. Open fireplaces and an interesting half 'well' under an arched window, the other half being outside, are further features. Particularly impressive are the generous room sizes on both floors.

Outside, there are gardens on three sides comprising lawns, shrubs, pathways and a vegetable area. A five bar gate from a layby recess gives access to a block paved courtyard providing ample parking. There are a number of stores and the north west corner of the plot adjoins neighbouring farmland.
