"The accommodation is arranged over three floors, the ground floor comprises of an entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen, sitting room and conservatory. The sitting room has a nice feature gas fire place with French doors opening onto the conservatory which enjoys the views of the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of cupboards and includes an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and a cooker with a gas hob.
To the first floor there are two/three bedrooms, the second bedroom has an en-suite shower room and provides extra room due to opening of the fourth bedroom which could be re-instated. The third bedroom overlooks the rear garden, adjacent is the family bathroom. On the top floor is the master suite which is fitted with built in wardrobes and triple aspect with an en-suite shower room. Outside the rear south facing garden is low maintenance with many potted plants and hedging giving privacy to the garden, there is also side access. To the front there is off road parking with additional parking in front of the detached garage. This wonderful home is within walking distance to the centre of the village, Storrington First School and Chanctonbury Leisure Centre.
